1. What we collect.

• When you sign up for a guide or a waitlist: your email address.
• When you buy the Care Kit: your email and name. Stripe handles your card details. We never see or store them.
• When you send a brand inquiry: your name, company, email and what you write to us.
• Automatically: basic site analytics (pages viewed, device, country, where you came from) and clicks on our own buttons and offers, so we know what's helpful.

2. How we use it.

To send the guides, the Care Kit and the emails you signed up for, answer your questions and inquiries, and improve the site.

3. Who we share it with.

Only the services that run the site:

• Klaviyo (email)
• Stripe (payments)
• Our hosting and database providers (Lovable and Supabase)

These services process your information on our behalf. We never sell or rent your information.

4. Affiliate links.

When you click an Amazon link, Amazon may use cookies to credit the purchase. Amazon's own privacy policy covers what happens on their site.

5. Emails.

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. You may still get receipts for anything you buy.

6. How long we keep it.

As long as you're subscribed or a customer, and as long as we need it for taxes and records afterward.

7. Your choices.

Ask us to see, correct or delete your information anytime at hi@chachothechug.com. We'll respond within 30 days. If you live in California, the EU or the UK, you have these rights by law, and we honor them for everyone.

8. Kids.

This site isn't for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
