Terms of use
Last updated: October 2026
These terms cover chachothechug.com and everything you get here. By using the site or buying something, you agree to them. They're short. Chacho insisted.
1. Who we are.
Chacho the Chug is a brand of Rebekah Radice LLC, a California limited liability company. Contact: hi@chachothechug.com.
2. Not vet advice.
Our guides, the Care Kit, videos and posts are for education and fun. Rebekah isn't a veterinarian. Nothing here replaces your own vet. Always follow your vet's advice, and call them (or an emergency clinic) if you're worried about your dog.
3. What you get.
Free guides by email, and the Care Kit: a 30-day plan, care sheets and video clips, delivered online right after checkout.
4. Your license.
Products are for your household, including anyone who helps care for your dog and your vet team. Please don't resell, repost or share them publicly.
5. Payments.
Prices are in USD, charged once at checkout through Stripe. No subscriptions. See Refunds and the Chacho guarantee.
6. Affiliate links.
Some links are affiliate links, including Amazon. If you buy through them, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We only link to things Chacho actually uses.
7. Brand inquiries.
Sending an inquiry doesn't create a partnership. Partnerships start when we both sign an agreement.
8. Our content.
Photos and videos of Chacho, the guides, the Care Kit and the Chacho the Chug name belong to us. Want to feature Chacho? Ask first at hi@chachothechug.com.
9. No guarantees about your dog.
Every dog is different. We share what worked for ours and what the research says, and we can't promise any specific outcome for yours.
10. Limits on liability.
Everything is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us.
11. Changes.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
12. Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
